HEALTH INSURANCE

FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES ARE PROVIDED ANTHEM BCBS'S GOLD PREFERRED PROVIDER ORGANIZATIONS (PPO) MEDICAL COVERAGE. THE COMPANY COVERS THE COST OF THE GOLD PLAN, EMPLOYEES HAVE THE OPTION TO UPGRADE TO THE PLATINUM PLAN IF THEY CHOOSE.
ALONG WITH MEDICAL COVERAGE; FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES ARE PROVIDED ANTHEM BCBS'S PPO DENTAL & VISION COVERAGE. AS WITH MEDICAL COVERAGE, WE PAY THE COST OF THE GOLD PLAN AND EMPLOYEES HAVE THE OPTION TO UPGRADE TO THE PLATINUM PLAN IF THEY CHOOSE.

SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE

EMPLOYEES HAVE THE OPTION TO ADD SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE.
THIS COVERAGE PAYS CASH BENEFITS DIRECTLY TO THE EMPLOYEE TO HELP COVER OUT-OF-POCKET MEDICAL EXPENSES, THE RENT OR MORTGAGE, GROCERIES, OR UTILITY

EMERGENCY LOAN PROGRAM

EMPLOYEE HAVE ACCESS TO OUR EMERGENCY LOAN PROGRAM WHICH PROVIDES NO-FEE, NO-INTEREST LOANS TO EMPLOYEES FACING PERSONAL EMERGENCIES.
